Rowandbullfinch offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia. The applicable domestic rates are as follows:

Express Post FLAT RATE* $13 (please note that if your address is outside the Express Post (https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/domestic-shipping/delivery-speeds-and-coverage) network, we’ll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by our Next Day Guarantee (https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/domestic-shipping/express-post/express-post-guarantee) .
Your items will be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Rowandbullfinch.
Returns and Refunds
We will happily accept, for return or exchange in case of a change of mind, items that are in their original condition, unused and with their tags attached. For a full refund or exchange mail out your item(s) within 30 days from receipt of the original order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If 30 days have gone by since receipt of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that any items purchased on sale are not refundable or exchangeable.
We take extreme care in ensuring that all our tea towels are of the highest quality, so if you find a fault, please send us an email. We will review the issue as soon as possible and if found faulty, we will happily replace it for you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item you are exchanging it for is of a higher value, you will be also charged the difference.
